

The Geneva Lake Conservancy Board of Directors is comprised
of persons who have a deep love for the natural and cultural
history of Wisconsin's southern lakes region. All are full
or part-time residents, with a variety of backgrounds including
government, education, business, professional, marketing,
farming and real estate. Board members share a passion for
the long-term protection of Walworth County's land and water
resources.

V. Celano III

James V. Celano,
III, age 47, has 24 years of experience in real estate management
and development. He was most recently a principal at Meridian
Properties in Kenosha, Wis., and previously a vice president
at Celano & Associates in Northbrook Ill., where he gained
a reputation as a conservation-friendly commercial developer.
Serving as a member of the Planning Commission in Dover, Wis.,
he works to balance the needs of local citizens and the development
pressures facing smaller communities. He also serves as a
board member and spokesman for the Transitional Living Center
in Burlington, Wis., a temporary housing shelter. A graduate
of Lake Forest College, Lake Forest, Ill., he resides with
his wife and three children in Kansasville near Burlington,
WI.

Ketterhagen
Land Protection Specialist

Lynn Ketterhagen
is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse with
a B.S. in Geography with a concentration in Environmental
Science. She has been employed at the Conservancy since June
2004. She was promoted to Land Protection Specialist in March
2005, and will be working with the Conservancy's conservation
easements.
Katie
Sullivan
Membership and Outreach Coordinator

Katie Sullivan
is a former politics student from University College Dublin,
Ireland. She was been employed with the Conservancy since
March 2005, and starting in July 2008, Katie will take on
the role of Membership and Outreach Coordinator. She will
be responsible for managing and implementing the Conservancy's
fundraising efforts, special events, volunteer program and
other outreach efforts that highlight the mission and goals
of the Geneva Lake Conservancy. This includes the production
of outreach materials such as the Conservancy's quarterly
newsletter as well as the implementation of the Watershed
Education program in local schools. Katie lives in East Troy
with her son, Thomas.
